It is past time to realize that American business is in trouble and inter-generational comparisons are simply a waste of good time.  We must pull together and use the best contributions from the wisest of each generation. For example, the traditionalists&#039; experience is one way to be wise; The boomer&#039;s extraoridinary record of innovation is another way to be wise; By virtue of their smaller demographics, size will be an advantage for the educated among the Gen X&#039;ers, so you might say Gen X&#039;ers can find their advantages if/when they are education wise. Gen Y&#039;ers are technology wise....Add it up.  You need us all.  Vive la difference!
