We have a huge amount of experience coaching at all levels. We undertake three types of coaching assignment:
- Individual coaching (face-to-face and on-line). We help people in three main areas – with specific development goals, to support them in a transition to a new role and during a particular challenge or project.
- Team coaching. This can be very powerful if a group of individuals are working in different parts of the organisation but face similar challenges and also for a team that is working together on a project and needs to be as effective as possible, fast.
- Post-consultancy support. Often when we undertake consultancy assignments for clients they say they would like us to stick around for a while and support them during the implementation or ‘bedding in’ phase. This support is usually a mixture of coaching, trusted-advisor and mentor. Clients love it and it really helps them to create the success they need.
Our team of coaches all have a great deal of business experience as well as a good understanding of organisations and how they work. And they are all interested in and understand the changing world of work and the digital generation – essential for most organisations these days.
